Does anyone know if Vertigo Drones is still in business? I have been trying to contact them by phone, email, and direct website request for 2 days. There is absolutely no response and 2.5 hours on hold. No department answers including sales and support. Thanks.

I can't get a response but I did receive parts from them last week. Thinking back I ordered some parts through a company I wasn't familiar with two weeks ago and the package had Vertigos name on it. Not sure what that's about. Every drone company I've dealt with has terrible customer service. Not sure how to operate a business when you can't talk to someone.

Do you have the name of the parts company? I know they have an Ebay site Security Measure
It shows the address as Webster NY. Thanks for the info.

I have been trying to contact them since early February.

I had a $80 order online but nothing received. It looks like Yuneec is done for in the US with John gone and Vertigo out. I really like the platform but struggle with repairs and no response except this forum. I guess it's time to sell my equipment unless anyone knows of another source. There has always been a question if Yuneec was stable. Let me know if anyone has other sources.

I found a company in Brooklyn NY, Repairsbay.com
I have not worked with them yet but they are very responsive and the website states they repair Yuneec. I am going there next week.

Did you stop by the business? I contacted them via email and phone. Not to sure what to think based on the phone conversation. Hoping you might have some info after actually seeing it in person??

Most Yuneec owners have had to learn to do repairs themselves. It isn't too difficult to repair these drones, if you take your time. I own a LOT of Yuneec stuff, including a ton of spare parts I purchased just in case something like this happened. I also started buying DJI products for my newer video projects. Honestly, if you look hard enough, you can find most parts for these drones, but some things you won't find like software.

I should be going there tomorrow. I was not impressed with the phone call, but the email response was good.
