Vertigo Drones Still In Business?

They are the company that bought out the Yuneec USA inventory from Southern Cal. They’re about two bucks from my work. They will definitely be a good company to work with or learning the product
I purchased a TON of stuff from them. I low balled them offers and they took them all.

Does anyone know if Vertigo Drones is still in business? I have been trying to contact them by phone, email, and direct website request for 2 days. There is absolutely no response and 2.5 hours on hold. No department answers including sales and support. Thanks.
I can't prove either way. My experience from the last 3 months says "no, they went dark".

I’m not even sure they are functional in Europe. If you are aware of a way to contact and get support please share it.

No and don't purchase online because you'll lose it. The same goes for Yuneec skins. There's another one I lost money on eBay ingenious something so watch for that one too.

Has anyone seen this site also from Webster NY?

Yuneec.org

1804 Tebor Road, STE 2
Webster, NY. 14580
I just stumbled on it.
That is Vertigo Drones. The website is active only to collect money from unsuspecting victims.

That is also Vertigo Drones. They take orders and money but do not deliver or respond to questions.

Well Repairs Bay turned out to be a dud! After 4-1/2 months and many phone calls they are now saying they can't fix this drone. They are also saying Yuneec has abandoned the H600 they introduced a year ago.
I am contacting other repair companies for help. It sucks to have to walk away from a $8000+.
Is there anyone here with any ideas?

I tried to find a description of the H600 damage, with no luck. Do you have pictures or a good description of the needed repairs?

The drone took a hard landing and I do not know why. I had flown it back to home and was hovering about 8-9 feet agl when it rolled on its right side and dropped. The right front and middle prop arms broke at the contact sleeve hinge point. The right side landing leg and gear were damaged and the camera gimbal mount was damaged and needs replacing.
The e90x camera is ok, and the rest of the drone seems ok. The drone starts and all 6 motors (including the damaged arm ones) start and function to the remote input. Hope this helps. I am going to try to pick this back up today, its a 90 minute drive with no traffic, but it is in Brooklyn NY. It looks like Yuneec has abandoned the support for the H600, after 6 months. It was introduced a year ago and a great mid point between the H520e and the H850. Thanks

It would be great if you can upload the flightlogs from that event. I don't know how they are stored. You may have to search the controller files if no one else knows.
The description sounds a little like an intermittent motor failure without enough altitude for 5 rotor mode to kick in. If the flight logs can confirm the issue it will prevent having to wait for a repeat incident to find out.

The damaged arm joints, landing leg and probably the landing gear retract module are possibly the same as some of the other hex models. @Enrico Jorysch or someone else might know. Or you can post close-ups of the damaged areas to get some ideas. The camera mount will likely be the hardest to replace if it cannot be at least functionally repaired.

The H600 was never launched in Switzerland.
I have access to the H600 server... all firmware and software,
but no access to hardware parts or descriptions.

I would have to get my hands on an H600 to see if hardware parts from other Yuneec drones might be compatible.
Based on pictures, I don't think so, except for the camera mount.

I talked with a guy who knows the folks at Vertigo, and his comment was “Vertigo doesn’t want to do service, they do want to sell parts, etc”. Don’t know if that helps any, but figured I would share what I heard.

It is not clear if they really want to sell parts. Several folks, including myself, have placed orders and paid. That is the last you hear. No parts arrive, the order status does not update and no one answers the phone. Your money is just gone.

Sorry to hear that's been the case. Do you know if anyone has disputed the charges via credit card to see if that got their funds back, or raised whomever at Vertigo to respond? Not knowing how many have been apparently been defrauded, or the total dollar amount, but I would think it would be worth reporting it as a wire fraud and maybe to the NY Attorney General's office. It's a shame that's happened.
