Very Disappointed with Yuneec Repair Services

UPS delivered my drone to Yuneec for the 4th warranty repair more than 54 hours ago but no Yuneec technician bothers to take a look at it. Now it's Friday evening so I have to wait for 2 more days to get the status update.

UPDATE: as of today, Monday 4/1/2019, no new update to update my case status - no Yuneec technician bothers to take a look at it. Will check back to morrow.

A curiosity question where did it get sent to for repair. I got in touch with yuneec for a warranty repair and they sent it to fortress UAV in Texas. They've had it for right around 2 months and claim they are still waiting on parts.

Yup, Fortrees took 3 weeks waiting for part, then 1 week for repair for my first warranty. the later repairs were at Yuneec in CA.
