I was originally under the impression that only the visual video was viewable when using the CGOET camera with the exception being using a third party video production software designed for the dual output. I found that using Quicktime Player (v10.4) on a Macbook Pro, I can switch between the tracks by starting to run the video, pausing it, then selecting Edit > Split Clip > Play the video again and the other (thermal video plays). I haven't found a way to play both together. There is a "view clips" under view but I'm not sure how that comes into play here.
