Weekend Warrior Videotographer Needs Advice

I realize that there is so much you can do with the CGO 3+ to enhance videos. But I just want to fly and take the best videos I can without doing anything in 1080p so I can share with friends or upload them to YouTube. I understand the basic settings but with all the different shutter speeds which one would be good for everyday use? I know this is a loaded question but just pretend that you only had one setting and one setting only. What would you use? I have been using 1920 X 1080F.
