Was having connection issues with wifi and video camera operated but couldn't see video, did a rebind and still it worked but then wouldn't 50% of the time noticed a firmware update tried to download but it said failed to connect to camera even though was connected. Any input please dm mescreen_9281c25bd65f779b_1529882206000.jpeg20180624_204833.jpeg

The system will provide video with any matching firmware version if the camera is recognized and bound to the system. If you are a new user and having problems the worst thing you can do is start messing with the firmware.

First thing to check is assuring the gimbal is properly attached to the aircraft. Helpful for us would be to post some pictures from the ST-16 showing firmware versions, and a display of the firmware “seen” by the ST-16 in the bind menu.

What is that second screen shot? That’s unlike any ST view I’ve seen. It look like you don’t have advanced selected from camera setup for one. No SD card doesn’t help as that slows down camera initialize. Are you binding to the “pro” CGO3? If you have the latest (and only available) firmware, it should all be happy. Try downloading camera app to a mobile device and see if you can find the camera with that. You can basic trouble shoot WiFi signal that way. If you are losing signal in flight when in proper range then maybe the camera send antenna or ST receive antenna are faulty or not properly connected at the coaxial ends.

Looks like an ST-10. They are not fully compatible with H-480 equipment.
