"You're killing me Smalls"
I've been going around and around with getting firmware taken care of. I bought this a few weeks ago, all running, etc. After the second test start, I begin getting Camera, Gimbal and OFDM issues, and the next couple of test starts just went...crazily inconsistent. Quick connect, Camera, all good. Next time, quick connect, no camera. Next start, slow connect, no camera, OFDM, Gimbal.
So I look at the firmware, all of it was old, the newest from 2019. There were indications the bird last flew a short flight Dec 21. Sitting since then. No crashes, damage etc.
Updating has been painful to say the least. The ST16E went okay. The H520E with CGOEXT has not been cooperative at all. My guess is the OFDM module, but I'm not sure what I should be looking at physically. Below are the more common messages from today. Yesterday I got one good test, quick load, all worked okay, except for the Vehicle OFDM Version, and the constant attempts of Autopilot to check for updates, even though it reflect the latest.
This morning/today, it's taken as long as 20 minutes for the bird to connect to, and then not completely. So here's some of what I wrote down today (which leads me to think there's a MAV issue):
UGZ Transfer Failed. Retry Transfer. Error: Vehicle did not request all items from ground station: MISSION_REQUEST
WMP:REJ. CMD:BUSY
IGN REQUEST LIST: BUSY
INFO :5005 4 0.0 1440.0 lat 47.145023 18.001438
Issues:
Excessively long time for vehicle to connect to RC
Inconsistent Camera/Gimbal connection
Camera facing down
OFDM is constant off/on
OFDM Vehicle Version is different (higher version) from RC OFDM (6.1.510)
Camera/Gimbal inconsistent showing of FW version
OFDM Download will initiate, but wont complete
Autopilot will frequently attempt to update, unprompted
Firmware: Where the versions reflect “Latest” on the keypad, it’s noted.
Datapilot 2.2.53 Official Version or OV. “Latest”
Android 1.0.23 OV. “Latest”
RC OFDM Link 6.1.510 OV “Latest”
RC Driver 0.39.0 OV “Latest”
***Camera (when it displays) 2.17a

I know the H520E is the odd-ball as far as fewer owners. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Or eyes here.
