Well if you can get a response then it's progress, not sure about logistics, are they expecting to run everything from EU etc? Hopefully just put people in touch with relevant US service department.

Good question. Don't know. Personally, I've gotten feed up with the whole situation...all aspects of Yuneec...that I'm just going to sell my TH.
