Alternative lens for CGO3

What did you do to establish focus? Did you do it indoors or out? I'm tempted to open my camera housing and see if I can focus the lens.

Make sure you have the lens that can be adjusted. Here is a video that shows how to get to the lens. You should not remove the lens, only turn it very slightly once you have the glue off. Be very careful as this will void your warranty.
