Auto Take Off?

What is supposed to happen when you engage Auto Take Off?

Up to 5M above ground and wait for input right?

What about if you are in Smart Mode? Any difference?

I had a different experience that included ducking.

Please advise.

Smart mode must be initiated with you more than 26ft from the H. If you do not adhere to this everyone should duck!

Ok so I did take off in smart mode. I did not pace it out but I believe I was 30'. Lesson learned...

I would ask If it can cause this type of erratic behavior why would it be allowed?

Also in this situation I swapped to angle mode and was still unable to control other than altitude.

It also exceeded 92 meters away. Which is the default. I thought it was supposed to stop at that distance.

Just trying to understand this machine And its intricacies. It seems to have potential. There seems to be lots of flakes that you need to know about.
