Batteries not charging

Discharge them to as close to zero volts as possible and toss them in the garbage. Another option is to take them to a recycling center where they likely won’t know what to do with them.

Mine go to the dump once fully discharged.

Don't forget a LiPo killer, they pretty much discharge to 0 and you can safely dispose in your trash.

How do you check if your warranty is up?
 
Considering the current responsiveness of CS and the general status of warranty claims... I would suggest that a warranty claim on batteries will be a complete waste of time and effort, IMHO.
