I was waiting for someone to say that.
Don't forget a Martian minute is shorter!Yeah we all questioned 20 minutes the other day, 24 seemed downright miraculous - it's like flight time auctions round here at the momentI can't be buying 30 either, unless you took the camera off maybe - then it might be just possible... though if you did rinse batteries like that no wonder they are screwy now ! Or perhaps he means 30 mins from power on to power off, which could include 10 mins on the ground for all we know...
Until I saw your telemetry I didn't believe it was possible to get 24 minutes in the air. As we say in the North of England: I went to the foot of our stairs. In yer face buddy!

Yes. Only way anyone will get 30 minutes in the air is without a camera on board. But even then I would be a little skeptical.Yeah we all questioned 20 minutes the other day, 24 seemed downright miraculous - it's like flight time auctions round here at the momentI can't be buying 30 either, unless you took the camera off maybe - then it might be just possible... though if you did rinse batteries like that no wonder they are screwy now ! Have we seen any proof what-so-ever that someone has been in the air for 20min or more with cam loaded? Why talk about 20min, 23min..25min when there is no proof!!The only time I consistently got 25 minutes was on the bebop2 but, well um, there were other problems.
If you go back and read my post in the thread about it, you will see it can be done, but it is not something that you have control over.Have we seen any proof what-so-ever that someone has been in the air for 20min or more with cam loaded? Why talk about 20min, 23min..25min when there is no proof!!
Show the telemetry or....?
@Fred Garvin posted telemetry for a 24 minute flight in another thread the other day. I'm not clear, though, if it was with a camera.Have we seen any proof what-so-ever that someone has been in the air for 20min or more with cam loaded? Why talk about 20min, 23min..25min when there is no proof!!

I respect you, Fred. If you say you had a camera on it then I believe it.Okay, I didn’t keep anything from that flight, but I did do a hail damage inspection of the light towers for the city an hour or so later. I know it doesn’t absolutely prove the camera was on the aircraft during the long flight, just that I was imaging that day. I’ve never flown without the camera. I tried exporting a couple images but the metadata shows today as the creation date, so here’s a screen grab of the folder in Lightroom. Best I can do guys.

Do you have an external hard drive? I have all my historical footage/images/edits archived on an external hard drive. However, if you are gonna archive all your stuff you do need quite a big hard driveYeah, I’ve never flown without it. Let me look back and see if I saved anything from that flight.
That'd do itSeveral. 8Tb units. 1 data drive direct attached to my iMac, and 2 attached to the router. 1 is a network backup drive for the iMac, MacBook Pro, and anything else in the house....and 1 as a NAS drive that any device in the house can use. Plus I have a 1Tb iCloud account and a 1Tb Creative Cloud account.
Aren't you afraid of the photos in the cloud getting into the wrong hands? I would ?Several. 8Tb units. 1 data drive direct attached to my iMac, and 2 attached to the router. 1 is a network backup drive for the iMac, MacBook Pro, and anything else in the house....and 1 as a NAS drive that any device in the house can use.
