My first post and glad to be here. My question is last week, my video was red and black and green bars, sometimes almost looking thermal like. I was less then 100 feet from base. After changing card it was better but still occured. Later I crashed about 6 feet up and camera cables disconnected. I used the jumper and today I basically either had a white screen or.multi colored. It often said failure to connect to camera. After several attempts of on and off I recorded video on the ground. I tried arial video and it recorded. I was unable to play back. I.just got home and on the ground I got video again. Do I need to.let coby roller be on first?

How do you update it i think mine needs it? its pointing in whatever direction it feels like?
Format your sd card
Load the update to the card.
Reinsert the card in the camera and restart the Q.
When the light turns green again, restart.
Done.
