camera only tilts up when using the controler its does not go down works with pilot mode

the breeze is brand new all fuctions work but no camera tilt down it does work with in pilot mode with the cam do I have a defective controller when you are fling the up arrow spins the drone around thanks

I read your note as saying:

1.) Everything works correctly when flying with just the phone
2.) When using controller, you have a problem with "down tilt" does nothing, and the "up tilt" is causing the drone to spin.

Is this correct?

Refer to this thread Breeze G3 Controller Update - Updated 07/17/2018 and use the instructions at the 07/07/2018 edit of the first post after downloading the firmware update for the controller from the Yuneec website.
