Can I fly My H without the camera?

I just sent my CGO3+ camera in to get that focus problem fixed. I was wondering if I can still practice flying it without the camera attached? How about any of the auto functions like CCC or POI etc.? Mainly because I've discovered that it's quite complicated to do much of this and practice is my answer.

I had to send my camera/gimbal in for service so I've been flying a lot without the camera for a month now. It is getting boring but I've invented some pretty cool things to do without the camera and I no longer get disoriented by the hex as I've had to fly so much LOS. Luckilly GPS still works without the camera so we have the arrow on the screen just in case it slips out a little to far from time to time. It also flies much longer without the extra weight. I'm down right tired after 22-24 minute flights.

If the gimbal is removable, and I believe it is, unplug the JST connector and slide it off.
