Can someone tell me this?? My charger keeps going red and green with every battery I put in? Is it time to get another charger? 1 of my batteries are BRAND NEW and its flashing with each one, havent got a blinking red yet

Blinking red and green means balance charging.. usually start blinking at the end of the charging...
Check the small balancing contacts to ensure they have a good connection and no oxidation. Try cleaning them with a plastic safe contact cleaner.
They never charged, I left them on for hours and and hours and they never charged...I ordered a charger
