I got new batteries for my TYPHOON H, and they keep erroring after a 30 secs, And sometimes when I unplug the charger and plug it back in with no battery's plugged into it, its says its balancing cells.

Check voltages of each cell.

Are you using the OEM charger that came with the aircraft? If so check the spring loaded pins for corrosion and make sure they have enough spring tension to make good contact. You can use a pencil eraser to exercise them.

The only OEM charger model that will work with the Typhoon H Battery is the one that was provided with the Typhoon H. Similar looking chargers that were OEM for other model drones/batteries have different contacts and operate at different voltages.
