HELP!!!!
I haven't tryed everything, read the instructions, gone to remote areas with no interference within miles. No luck, i dont want to send it in as it takes so long to get it back. Now it doesn'tseem to cause any problems with RTH or any other function, but that arrow is backwards. Can anyone help, have you had the same problem??

The user manuals use to come on the SD card with your Typhoon H, if not here is the link to download them. http://download.yuneec.com/manuals/manual/Typhoon H/TYPHOON-H-USER-MANUAL-V1.1.pdf
The user manual is way out of date even for the pro model.
I am going to move your thread to the Typhoon H "HELP" section.

@Old School
Follow the video, it explains how to do the calibrations very well.
"IF" your aircraft will NOT calibrate then you need to call Yuneec:

As for the arrow, it always points in the direction the RIGHT stick should be moved to bring the aircraft back to you. It does NOT point in the direction the nose is pointed.
see this post: Green Arrow Explained
I hope that helps

I have found in this forum that people had better calibration with facing north, and removing the propeller's,to make it easier to rotate.

... removing the propeller's, to make it easier to rotate.

AND the camera... you will cause additional problems for your camera gimbal with the centrifugal forces
of rotating as required for compass calibrations. Remove it.
