Well,

First time in any of the autonomous modes (cable came).

Flew to the staging point, started the move to the next way point and didn't have enough altitude, crashed into the ground broke the gimble off & 1 blade.

Wtf!!

Was thus user error?

I read & watched every video in CCV.

Will Yuneec warranty this?

I think there may some questions about the "didn't have enough altitude" part.

Yuneec is the best source of information that I know of to answer questions about what they will or will not warranty. Their CS number is 844-898-6332. They are closed today.

Well, I set the first waypoint at about 30ft elevation and the second waypoint at 25ft and the third waypoint at 30ft. Staged at first waypoint at correct altitude then preceeded to second waypoint but lost almost all altitude. Then hit the ground.

I set all way points more than 20ft off the ground, terrain was flat.

Remember when using CCC the altitude is based on a barometer inside the H which is not a particularly accurate method of determining altitude. I've seen the reading off nearly 50' on occasion. You should take that into consideration when setting up autonomous flight and allow plenty of height.
