Can GIS coordinates be programmed as waypoints on the Typhoon H

No, I don't think so.

No. The H does not permit building flight plans on the ground, and if using the 920 profile there is no provision to build a flight plan using coordinates of any kind. Best bet would be to take a look at UAV Toolbox to see if it would allow coordinate inputs.

Short version is the H was never designed around use of flight plans and autonomous flight operations, something CCC does not provide for.
