H480 "not compatible" with ST16 during bind process

Hi, all,

I am having trouble binding an ST16 that came with a Real Sense H480, to a slightly older H480 that did not have Real Sense.

I can get the H480 to give me the orange indicator light, and I have no problem binding the camera. But the ST16 tells me the bird is not compatible. It flies fine with its old ST16.

EDIT: The "Real Sense Installed" check box is unchecked on the ST16.

Could this be a firmware level incompatibility? The older machine is about a year older than the new one. Neither machines have had firmware updates by me.

Is there a way to figure out what firmware level is on the ST16 and the H480?

Can you post a screenshot with that message ? Did you try to create a new model and bind again ? You can also make a factory reset of the ST16 and start from the beginning. Se what you come up. Try these things and let us know how it goes.
