HiTec X2 Charger comparability with new Plus batteries

Hi all. I am trying to figure out if my one year old HiTec X2 charger can work with the new Plus batteries higher voltage. I purchased the new cable adaptors for the new batteries from Carolina Drones. (The ones with the blades instead of pins.) I'm not sure how to proceed with LiPo charging since the finish voltage is much higher than the old batteries. Any advice would be much appreciated. I also own a HiTec multi charger X4 AC. The same question applies. I am not a RC expert by any means and I don't want to ruin either my old or new batteries.

power up the charger
Press STOP a bunch of times until you are back at the main menu for Channel A
Once there use the </- or +/> buttons to cycle through the options until you get to the LiHV option
Press Select/Enter
Then use the </- or +/> buttons to cycle through and choose Balance Charge.
Press Select/Enter
Press Select/Enter again and change the Value of the Charge Rate to 5.4A
Press Select/Enter
Then use the +/> button and select the number of cells.
Press Select/Enter
Then use the +/> button and change to 4 Cells
Press and Hold Select/Enter to start Charging
Press Select/Enter again to accept 4 cells
Press Select/Enter to confirm that it is a LiHv Battery

It will start to charge
once it is charging
use the </- or +/> or Select/Enter buttons to cycle through different display options
Press A/B button and repeat for Channel B and the second Battery


You can also from the main menu go into Battery Memory and set it as memory position number 1 on both Channel A and B
You can also make up a connector to plug directly into the ST16S battery
It gets charged at 8.7A 1Cell
as you are looking at the label the pins are
Neg | NC | NC | Positive | NC | Positive

Where do I get the socket for charging the ST16S battery? If not a socket what parts do I need to make up the cable?

No socket.
Use one of the banana plug paid you have in the kit.
Cut off the XT60 plug of one and connect two small thin flat terminal blades
