I quess if its the same firmware version that your trying to load is the same , nothing will happen but if it's an earlier version already installed the newer version will do its thing and update. That's all I have to go on for now. And come to think about it the camera is doing everything its suppose to be doing. so why mess with it. But going back to the original question, How does one see what CGO3 firmware version is installed?
