How to remove the back off of an ST16S and replace the K2 slider pot

My K2 slider pot became dysfunctional and I had to change the pot.
Not something I had done before and I couldn't find another ST16S video out there.
So I decided to make this one for you and hope it helps should you ever need to dig in the back of your controller
