For the Android user:
Open your File/Storage manager.
Navigate to:
/storage/sdcard0/YuneecPilot/FlightLog.
Select all files, then select Compress and create a name that includes the date.

For iOS users:
Open iTunes on the PC.
Attach iPhone/iPad.
Open File Sharing.
Select Yuneec Pilot.
Select the Flylog folder.
Save to PC.
On PC select the contents of the Flylog folder and create a zip file.

The resulting zip files from either system can then be uploaded to the forum using the Attach files button. They will also be requested by Yuneec Customer Support for any warranty claims and can be attached to an email to YCS.

the only other 2 files I find are not recognized for this attachment.
11.6 mb MANTIS_C21_A_1.1.05_BUILD1301_20181109 and
34.8 mb
MANTIS_CONTROLLER_1.1.05_BUILD1301_20181109

Yuneec CS gives instructions too general to be of any help in my tring to find the telemetry files from my Android. They just say. "please check the directory again as the files will begin with the word "Sensor". You will find these inside of a folder named "FlyLog".

On this blog I have given all the files I am able to see and still not coming up with the "Sensor" files.

HELP HELP-

My drone has been lost, attached are the flight logs, i searched where the drone was last recorded, it was pretty over grown but we had a really good look and couldn't see it, will the flight logs have any more detailed or updated locations ?

It lost home position during flight or more probably never had one.
1710 00:02:05 CRITICAL: 'State: 10 to 2 after takeoff '
1903 00:02:05 CRITICAL: 'vehicle command 32768 (0 0 0 0) '
5183 00:02:17 CRITICAL: 'GPS fix regained '
8617 00:02:31 INFO: '(3,26)ANGLE MODE '
24726 00:03:31 INFO: 'Home position: 0.0000000, 0.0000000, 0.00

Then it tries to fly home heading south (to equator?):
38068 00:04:25 CRITICAL: 'vehicle command 176 (1 4 5 0) '
38069 00:04:25 INFO: '(3,51)BEGIN TO RTL '
39351 00:04:31 CRITICAL: '(2,29) LOW BATTERY, RETURN TO LAUNCH ADVISED. '

From GPS data the fly away starts at 4:40 after boot time. I don't know how far it will go with low battery but speed is still 10m/s when telemetry was lost. No significat operator inputs in the last part of flight. That's why I think it is no pilot error but fly-away due to missing GPS fix at start. There are a couple of critical commands, where I do not know what the numbers are meaning. Hope Yuneec knows.

Start:

Last position when telemetry was lost:

I would try to handle this as warranty case. All relevant files including KML file for GoogleEarth with more details attached.
