How to run GUI in Win10

I bought a new computer.

Q500 GUI is not running.

If run, it does not turn on and there is no response.

What should I do?

If the new computer is a Windows PC:
Right click the GUI, Select "Run as Administrator". It takes a long time to start, and may not indicate that a start is in progress. Let it try for at least one whole minute after selecting "Run as Administrator".
