2/3rds rule.....top 1/3rd is horizon, bottom 2/3rds is subject matter for video. Height creates a dramatic shot. Panning, wide vistas can as well. Showing more of the river with the horizon will create a more dramatic shot. Speed can be adjusted in post with your editing software as well.
