Is there a way to trigger events remotely?

The aux button on the ST16 doesn't do anything AFAIK. However, I do want to remotely trigger auxiliary gear on my Typhoon, such as lights or a servo that could drop a load.
Does anyone know of a mod that would allow this? I would be happy if I could just do one trigger, but more would be better.

That’s not possible using the ST-16’s standard functions. The landing gear has been used in the past to carry and drop things when the gear swings but that’s pretty much it.

I'm gonna work on this idea. I think maybe the channel that turns on and off the LEDs could be a good place to start. Does anyone know how many volts those LEDs carry?
