Hi, H pilots, just had a crash and broke the actuator nuckle. Brought a replacement and fitted it but have a problem, the repaired actuator nuckle is in the landing down position whilst the other is in the up position. Is there a problem with lining the two arms up, does it line itself up or do you have to do something else to get them in the same position. Would appreciate you help in this.

Turn the H upside down and cycle the gear. You may have to remove one leg and cycle separately to get them both back to down.

Thanks Craig, but what do you mean by cycle. I bought the actual actuator with the nuckle complete.

You'd need to install it and and boot up the St and the H. You may have to hold the h level and steady during initialization and connection. Once connected, flip the h over on its back and cycle the gear switch to reset. The leg motor will go to the down position this way and follow the switch. The gear switch can be in the "up" position with the gear down so most of us check the switch in pre launch and flip it to down so the gear goes up with one flick. It's not a problem if it's wrong as once in the air you cycle the switch from up to down to up and the gear will raise.
