Lipo Batteries won't charge !

Recently Purchased typhoon G with 3 lipo batteries, the batteries won't charge with the charger alternating between red and green lights but its not balancing the batteries, and its happening to all three batteries, does anyone have any clues please ?

Do you have checked the fuse in the charger ?

Wedbster your the man and thank you so much, changed the fuse and they're charging away.
