Not sure if anyone else has seen this, Lufthansa Technik have launched an online UAV Health Condition Monitoring system.
According to their website they will be able to provide "analysis of flight-critical components such as batteries, flight controllers, motors and propellers". With the H520 beiong supported by the end of October.
I've just been through the awkward registration process (my German isn't great and Google translate isn't perfect but got through it in the end)!

Can't do much with it yet until the H520 is supported, but it'll be interesting to see how this system works.
With reports of motor failures etc I wonder if this will be able to shed any light before a failure happens.
