Newbie Geofence Question

I haven't gone far enough afield to determine the answer experimentally, but when using follow me mode, is the geofence centered on the takeoff point, or on the controller the drone is following? I ask because one of the things I hope to use the drone for is to survey my property for wild hog damage; it's 100 yards wide by 300 yards long and I'd like to be able to put the Breeze up about 100 ft starting at one end and then walk about 30 yards in from each fence and be able to see a swath about 60 yards wide from above... But if the fence is around the takeoff point, I'll have to use a different strategy.

The geofence on follow me mode is disable, “so say.” It is recognizing your phone as the takeoff point because you technically or your phone is the center. I’ve tried this by driving in my car and the breeze followed me with no problem.
