If you have an H+ you have to email or do online chat so they can send the form. It is not on the web.
You cannot use the GUI interface with an H+.
The product ID is on the 3-dot screen. Below compass calibration number.
Once you get the code that is what you will tap (I only tapped once) to get the boxes to popup to enter the unlock code.
Make sure you have your 107 in email form. I used the Airman Certification webpage that shows my cert. If you go to your IACAR webpage you can get a printable (to PDF too) form showing everything, including cert #)
Again, the online stuff is ONLY for the H, NOT the H+.
