Obstacle Avoidance -Audible warning

Is this new or did I miss it in an earlier update?

I noticed a new (to me) feature today. I don't fly in obstacle avoidance mode very often but today I was flying around a light pole practicing for all the upcoming tower inspections I plan to do and when I approached the pole I began hearing an audible warning accompanied by a semi circle display on the view screen showing the distance to obstacle. To the pole it wasn't very accurate but when I tried it against a building, it was dead on.

When I'm close to an obstacle, I don't usually tak my eyes off the bird, this warning was handy to let me know A) the feature was active and B) the object was detected.

I didn't notice it until this update, kind of cool. Matter of fact I think I saw CAPT's video tip lower in this thread that eluded me to go out and fly and see if I could see it.

Is this only on real sense...or the sonar?
