It appears something is wrong with the power button. In your video it looks like it's depressed more than it should be. If you release the button immediately after you hear the rising tone it should stay powered on.I can't power up the H!

Okay. That explains the appearance. I presume if it's not the button, the main board is bad. If you just recently purchased this H you should return it for a replacement.that is because the top half of the boddy is not nicely closed.
I have opened it to replace the button but that is not the problem.

It looks like you might be in an no fly zone. The typhoon will not start until you get the yuneec bypass software or move away f r I'm the zoneI can't power up the H!
