I have a H520 drone and a software problem on ST16. There is only partial software (no gimbal calibration and other features). Below are the pictures. It supposedly shows the correct files when updating and that there is the latest version but it's like only half of it. What is the problem?

"...no gimbal calibration..."
None of your images showed the pages that would contain the controller gimbal calibration. Try this:

"...and other features"
Your images seem very similar to mine. It is hard to tell what is normal without knowing which controller firmware version by version ID you have, where you obtained the controller firmware, and if any aftermarket APPS have been added. Once we know that, and specifically which items you are missing, we can make more accurate comments.

If you press and hold the center button below the screen, the controller will take a screenshot. You can then transfer the screenshot using SD card or USB as an easier way to get images to post. The screenshots are in file manager, under the "pictures" folder.

The green progress bar for connecting the drone stops after a while, then moves a little and stops again. There are various messages along the way until it finally reaches the end. There is a camera control only the arrow (the yellow kind) showing where the “camera is looking” works with a long delay.
The camera itself (CGOET) seems to work correctly.
After calibration, everything seems to work correctly, only the potentiometers K1, K2, K3 show different values (they don't go to 0), should this be the case?
In addition, apparently there was some kind of update done here and it is not clear where the files were downloaded from.
Theoretically everything is green - also after updating the files there is no gps, gyro, gimbal calibration option in the menu.
Probably a version incompatibility. Security settings are also missing (as if half the settings are missing) :(

I am about to leave for another city and will not be available until much later today. But a couple of quick thoughts:

1.) Do you have an e90 you can substitute to see if the issues are from the camera instead of the controller?
2.) The file system has a suspicious version of Typhoon H firmware on it. That leads to thoughts the controller may have been incorrectly converted from either an original ST16 (visible screw holes around the controller gimbals) or maybe even from an ST16E (requires opening the case to see if it has an ODFM module or an SR24). ALL versions say just "ST16" on the face of the controller.
3.) The updater APP was downloaded from APKPure. There is nothing really wrong with that, other than it is another hint this was not an OEM ST16S for H520.
4.) The K1,K2 and K3 issue implies the three controllers were not in the exact center prior to leaving the first stage of the calibration. Try the calibration again, ensuring the controllers are centered. If the issue persists we can address further.
5..) The transmitter version and radio version will not display unless you press the "READ" button associated with each. If either still fails to display, it implies an incomplete or bad firmware load.
6.) Some of you words seem to mean someone else did the update. Please tell us as much as you know of the history of the controller between the last time it worked properly and the first time it did not. If you don't know the history, describe the condition of the controller when you got it.

Unfortunately I was only able to borrow an E50 camera (that's the only one a friend had) but unfortunately it's the same, maybe it loads a little faster but still the green progress bar stops 3 times, the problem with the arrow on the right still when the camera is down after about 5 seconds it just goes down, the problem with the K1,K2,K3 controller still exists despite setting the potentiometers in the middle in short nothing has changed and I guess you have to reinstall the files in the controller. I am uploading some more screen shots.

First thought:
In your first post you said "Theoretically everything is green - also after updating the files there is no gps, gyro, gimbal calibration option in the menu.". I think I mistook your meaning. Did you mean these items are missing on your controller?
Missing.jpg
@DoomMeister sent me a PM mentioning that CGoET and E50 may not be compatible with the H520 Update process, that only e90 works. I do not know, so I did a factory reset and re-ran UpdatePilot with the drone turned off. This changed the screens to something similar to what you describe. Is this what you see?
Update with no camera.jpg
When the e90 (and H520) was bound, the screen returned to the normal array, all items present, with no additional actions needed.
This "First thought" should be extended to include the possibility the ST16S 5.8Ghz receiver is just not functioning properly.

If the "First thought" does not seem to reflect the issue:
We still don't have much history on the controller and the previous updates. The chief worry/distraction about the physical controller is that it may actually be an ST16E. If you don't know the full history of the controller, you can compare these features to confirm the controller's physical model:
ST-16 - ST16S.jpg ST16S vrs ST16E internal view.jpg

It would be useful to know if a factory reset performed prior to update? (Some of the existing contents of file manager suggest it was not.)

When you did the manual controller calibration earlier, did you ensure the controller could read both transmitter and radio versions?
transmitter and Radio firmware versions.jpg

When you mentioned "There is a camera control only the arrow (the yellow kind) showing where the “camera is looking" works with a long delay." did you mean this one?
Yellow Arrow.jpg

When you mentioned "The camera itself (CGOET) seems to work correctly." did you mean the camera pitch(tilt) moves normally and only the yellow arrow shows a time lag?

You have mentioned the "green progress bar" a couple of times. Please confirm you mean the thin green bar that runs across the top of the screen as the camera is connecting.
Does the bar disappear when the image appears on-screen?
Progress Bar.jpg

Controller is ST16S

No tabs for RC Mode, Sensors, Safety, Gimbal, Accessories

This is exactly how I see it

Factory reset was rather absent

This is how it can read the version of the transmitter and radio

Yes this one - marked with your arrow

Yes the green bar disappears when the image appears

The path is not clear due to me not having CGOet or E50 to experiment, and you not having an e90 to experiment. Without those or someone else helping the discussion, it is a guess whether the issue is camera, firmware or hardware. I did mount and manually bind a C23. The result was the same limited displays and menu buttons as you are seeing with the CGOet and the E50.

Regardless of whether this is camera mismatch, firmware problem or hardware problem, the controller should eventually get a factory reset and a clean load of only the required files. Be sure you have a new copy of the updaterapp.apk on an SD card to facilitate the reload.
