I cannot get it to rebind , I try to tip it forward 45 degrees and the main led won't turn orange?

Ouch. Hmmm......connect it to the GUI and see if everything passes the diagnostics. Also, sometimes you have to tip it forward several times before it enters bind mode.

When I turn on 500+ isn't the main led suppose to turn solid blue before I tilt forward , it never does only blinks and I tip forward anyway a few times and still nothing ?

If the status light does not turn blinking orange after tipping it forward several times, then there is a problem with the Q. I think you need to call or email Yuneec.
