There is something wrong with the product but i can't call. because i sleep when their business hours.
So, what should I do to communicate by email?
I know it's not '[email protected]'
I sent an e-mail to that e-mail address, But the email's reply was to ask me to send the repairs to them.

Who knows the email or messenger that can communicate with the technician?
 
Go to the us.yuneec.com website. Sign in using your username and password (or set One up if you haven’t done so yet), then click the down carat next to your name at the top of the page.

Under “Cases” in the drop down window select “Submit New Case” then describe your issue and submit.

We’re you able to locate your Typhoon H by using the GPS coordinates in your telemetry data?
