Ok, I did a search but did not find what I was looking for. Bottom line, the only apparent difference between the H+ and H520 is the case color. But the H520 costs $20 more. What am I missing?

Perfect. Longer flight times......I always store my packs with the connection pointed upwards so the electrons don't drain out between uses.
Wow that explains so much. I did this wrong for my entire life. No wonder my batteries drain so fast! But either way, I always store my packs with the connection pointed upwards so the electrons don't drain out between uses.![]()
It might be due to the hose effect, depending on whether you are getting hosed by Jose or Josb.
Being a retired EE I can say there is some truth to this. However the explanation is not quite so simple. First, contrary to popular belief, Orange electrons are not harvested. They are produced in a rarefied gas environment under ultra high vacuum at approximately 10−7 pascal/10−9 mbar. This infuses the electrons with PFM in a sublimation process, giving them the distinctive orange glow. It is the PFM process that drives up the cost of Orange electrons and the batteries that implement this technology. Only the H520 requires PFM batteries, the Plus does not. However the Plus can use 520 batteries, but they will not give the Plus PFM abilities. Only the H520 can perform these advanced PFM functions.Orange electrons are more difficult to harvest than the light gray ones.
I just tried to explain that. Just what didn't you understand?I think this is a perfect explanation
