So usually this is a bad sign. My other new battery has no bulging, wasn't sure if this is battery or is it just a logo in lay. 20180706_201520.jpeg

Hard to tell from that picture. Most battery packs are not 100% flat.
If it still slides into the aircraft as smoothly as all you other batteries, I would say it is safe.
When a LIPO starts to bulge, there will be no question in your mind.
1) How old is the battery?
2) How many cycles?
3) Has it ever been discharged to less that 10% remaining, or near 13.09 volts?

If it is fairly new, and low cycles, not taken low in voltage, I would use it, but keep an eye on it.

I would question that one as well. First thing I would do before charging is establish individual cell voltages, pack voltage, and IR. If any single cell was more than 1/10 volt lower than the rest I would be wary.

From there I would use a balance charger in a safe location to charge it at 1C, allow to cool for 1 hour after becoming charged, and take the earlier measurements again. If IR for any cell is above 15, any one cell more than 1/10 volt different from the rest, or pack voltage fails to achieve a minimum total of 16.5v I would not use it and call the seller to discuss a return for exchange or a refund.
