Hello , KAV is no longer servicing Yuneec equipment. I found out that Veritigo Drones is now the repair supplier. I have an camera that Yuneec told me to send to KAV. I spoke to them and they are now sending all repairs to Webster NY. Mine is one of them. I found out the hard way because mine was sitting at KAV currently. I called Vertigo drones and gave my RA# Intake is being resent to them is what I was told. If I were doing this in the future I will bypass Yuneec and send to Vertigo directly. it may be much faster if the equipment is not under warranty. As you know Yuneec customer service is not that great. Hopefully they will get better in the future.
