Video Downlink Lag in Photo Mode

Has anyone experienced a video lag when in photo mode on the H versus smooth almost no lag in video mode? I only noticed this after purchasing the Skyview goggles. Was wondering if this is normal? When I say lag, the easiest way to describe it is the frame rate on the screen is not as smooth in photo mode as the frame rate in video mode.

How far away is it? I have not noticed discernible lag in either photo or video mode.

I wasn't that far at all, maybe 100 yards away and 300' up. If it happens again, I'll see if I can get video of it with my phone and post it.
