Can't watch video

I am new to this drone and once downloading the video content I have taken, it won't allow me to view it.

Its an android phone. I downloaded and app to view the videos but I can't edit them in the app or anything

Yuneec videos I took were .MOV format which is native to apple but not android. Im not sure if there are android video player apps that can play it. your other option is to find an app to convert .MOV to .MP4
or just do that on a pc or mac

Do you take your videos in 4k (unstabilized) or in HD (stabilized 1920 x 1080)? 4K videos are at least challenging to the newest android smartphones and unplayable on most phones older than a year depending on the version of android and make of the phone.

So best approach would be to download to a PC/MAC and do the post processing there.
