First attempt at Real Estate Video (don't tell that drone police guy)

Holy Moly! What a great job. You combined the outside and inside with a smooth, natural flow. Flawless camera work.
You even caught reflections of a burglar a couple times. Seriously, you are definitely on your way...Art following form.
Congrats.

Very nice, however prospective buyer like to see the neighborhood.
A far out shot of the area closing in on the house would have been great.

Was this shot with your H? The inside i guess was handheld.

Bill W.

hey man, yes the brief outside was shot with the H (going back tomorrow early when the sun is different and shoot it over, as well as the inside, with the action cam settings corrected LOL

camera used on inside,

1. Forgot to use manual settings !
2. Forgot to turn off automatic gimbal

Ill get it right tomorrow

Beautiful house... good job!
2 suggestions...
1. Areas inside the house you could maybe brighten and saturate with your chosen video editor to give a bright vibrant look to make it better lit than your camera exposure.
2. Some "Lower Thirds" descriptions of each area as you are entering... this will keep the viewer informed.... also, when they read the details below and miss the video parts while reading,
they will go back and watch the missed section and the end result will be them liking more of what they see.

Excellent work. and Cheers
