getting the battery cells in balance?

I've got Andy's Adapter plug and I'm doing a 'Balance Charge' on my H batteries using my Traxxas Easy Peak Plus 6amp Lipo Charger but when monitoring the charge it seems there is always a low cell (tried on 2 separate batteries) i.e.
4.19, 4.19, 4.20, 4.09 .....cant seem to get them in balance.... Up until I got the plug I've been using the stock charger that comes with the H but I don't think it really balances the battery....any ideas?

Does your charger have a BALANCE MODE?
I had the same issue, until I used BALANCE mode.
I do not know why the stock charger would not correct this. Once I got the battery balanced, it appears to stay in balance. At least on my last 3 charge cycles, the one cell stayed up there with the other 3.

Here is a good video that might help you out to balance out your one low cell. Very easy adapter to make.
