What I am looking for is something similar to this:
DJI And DroneSAR Bring Search And Rescue App To First Responders

So, can H520 be used for search & rescue this way or similar way like DJI and how if someone can explain ?

What would be good is that operator have ability to mark area for search , clik button and drone will do the job , without any further need of operator during this flight.
Now sure if this feature is available, but when there is thermal finding, can application somehow warn operator of potential finding ? If this is not possible, can SDK allow us to programme such feature ?

The primary target markets for the 520 are law enforcement, inspections and search and rescue. The app you reference is similar to DataPilot and, indeed, that is one of the intended uses.
Ok, so if I understood correctly, Datapilot can do this search of marked area, but what about this feature for thermal findings ?

DataPilot is in use and being used by a multitude of organizations. The app you refer to above has not been developed and is not in use anywhere. It's reminiscent of the Lily Drone which was heavily promoted but failed to ever develop. To date the only built-in affordable thermal/low light camera available is Yuneec's ET camera. If you need detailed information regarding deployment and training for this system you should contact @Bob520.

It would be a good idea to contact Chris at Terrestrial Imaging to ask questions about SAR and LEA operations. He’s very involved in direct marketing to and operational training of those agencies.
