Newbie/q500 purchased used/help

Yes I bought used q500 4k and was told it hasn't been flown in couple yrs! First thing to mention is this thing scares me but I wanted it! I've have a Breeze but I'm no experienced pilot. New charging set up/batteries are charging.I ordered the USB update module! I need help/steps to do to make sure this beast is right before anything happens! Updates/site to go to for Updates all that! Any help would be appreciated. Newbie is hoping not to crash and burn!

I have a Q500 4k that has been in storage for 6 years. I removed the batteries from the Q500 & ST10+ at that time. I thought it would be fun to wake this bird up from hibernation and fly it again. I have a new q500 battery on the way as the one in storage for 6yrs doesn't seem to charge . The st10 battery seems good...... What's the best approach and steps to take to succeed in flying this bird again after a 6 year nap?? Battery should be here this Friday. Thank you, Jim.
