Help!!! I'm having problems getting my Huawie Ascend G6 mobile to connected the CG02 camera, I've downloaded App but keep getting connection failed, Anyone got any ideas how I can get it to connected

I am not familiar with the ascend, My samsung hydro kyocera would not link. I got a LG 7" tablet for about $180.00 and it connects no problem and fits the steady-grip.
