Had trouble connecting to Q500
I hit factory reset ,all data gone
What do I need to do next to get it operating again

I have you tried to re-bind the Q500 and ST10?

Reload the current firmware to the box and try again to rebind the Q.

I upgraded and did binding all is working well ,however I had to learn lot more
[ old brains work slower]
