ST16 HDMI out to external HD monitor issues

Don't know. Has anyone else experienced a problem after the various firmware upgrades? I can say my ST-16's have no issues with HDMI communications when linked with a Samsung flat screen HD television.

My ST16 didn't transmit a picture through HDMI to a field monitor. I'm running the latest (European) firmware

to remove HDCP if your monitor is not compatible

Ah thanks (cue potentially another stupid question) why did Yuneec fit the ST16 with HDCP? Surely the whole point of an HDMI out port on the ST16 is to allow you to attach a field monitor...

Hello, I was confronted with a compatibility problem between the ST16 and the Eachine googles Two ! (

I managed to solve my problem with the HDMI ValueLine splitter. (https://www.amazon.com/Valueline-HDMI-Splitter-Input-VLVSP3402/dp/B01HOCKL4Q)
The advantage of this one is that it is not necessary to power it in USB, the HDMI socket provided enough current !

If powering an external device using ST-16 power, do pay close attention to the ST-16 power consumption.
